Detective Emmanuel Cooper is sent to a small town to investigate the murder of its Police Captain, Willem Pretorius. Cooper uncovers the hypocrisies that inhabit the town where skin colour determines the hierarchy. A disturbing story as justice may also depend on skin colour.
